Jomatime.com will gladly pay for FREE UPS Ground shipping for every order valued over $150. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by UPS. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require Second Day or Next Day Air service. Orders to an APO or FPO address will require the United States Postal Service Shipment (USPS) Option. Delivery time via UPS Ground can range from 1 to 6 business days.
Every item shipped from our warehouse is fully insured using UPS. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. UPS tracking information can also be obtained by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and submit the tracking number for a verbal shipment status or track your package online at http://www.ups.com. United States Postal Service shipments can be tracked here at http://www.usps.com.
Shipping Restrictions
* UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
* Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.
* Weekend deliveries are valid only if; the Next Day Air Saturday delivery option is selected, and the package will be shipped to a domestic location. For Saturday delivery, please call us at 1-877-834-1434 to place your order.
Shipping and Item Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jomashop.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, UPS and USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jomashop.com and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, Jomashop.com will gladly refund your original payment. If the item received is not what was ordered, please contact Jomatime.com within 5 days of receipt of your order. Product discrepancies notified to Jomashop after 5 business days may not be honored for replacement.
In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc., Jomashop reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Jomatime cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturers original packaging.
Duty and Shipping
Jomashop.com does not assess duty for an international order and International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details. All International Orders over $500.00 will ship via UPS and are subject to UPS Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS.
International orders are shipped fully-insured via USPS Global Express with package tracking. Depending upon the shipping destination, some international orders may be shipped via UPS. Oversize and/or high value orders that may require additional shipping charges, you will be contacted by Jomashop prior to your order shipping. The average International order usually takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on your shipping location. Jomatime.com has no control if this transit time is lengthened due to transit delays or customs processing.
If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by Jomashop. If the item is received damaged, please contact Jomashop within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
